Rome proposed the Tabernae, trade and food consumption areas where you could even sleep. In the Middle Ages, monasteries and abbeys were at the Guesthouse. The hospital, hospital, comes from Hospitable and was reserved for the poor and needy. Welcome and hospitality go hand in hand and are therefore the basic principle of tourism. Current legislation identifies the subject of Hospitality: hotels, residences, farm, bed and breakfasts, guesthouses, campsites, villages, restaurants, restaurants, pubs serving food and typical local historians. The institutional references to laws, are the State and the Regions.
